Vision

Since our opening in 2006 we have been dedicated to a deep exploration of modern Argentinean cuisine with the purpose to develop a more comprehensive and renewed gastronomic experience. We thrive ourselves and passionately work to impose our own and unique style within Argentinean Cuisine.

We pursue our vision based on three main principles: haute cuisine, quality and seasonality.

Haute cuisine: through the insight, skills and vision of our renowned chef Soledad Nardelli.

Quality: we spot the best product from each region and work closely with the best producers in the country.

Seasonality: in our menu we only include products that are at their best to guarantee maximum expression of their qualities

Chila is a haute cuisine gastronomic experience built upon unique Argentinean products, due to their origin, seasonality, and producer quality. Our menu is dynamic and divided into courses, through which our chef, Soledad Nardelli, expresses the richness and variety of what her land has to offer while highlighting the very nature of each product used.

We call this concept Product-Producers Cuisine.
