We identify our restaurant as featuring a product-producer cuisine. We find inspiration in the origin of the products and we use our Argentinean seasonal products only when they achieve their maximum level of expression. Based on that principle, we design our dynamic, ever-changing, and sometimes irreproducible, menu.
