In Chila we do everything we think is necessary to favor and strengthen Argentine’s gastronomy. We believe in the potential of the product, producers, artisans and collectors. Three pillars are the fundamental to achieve our vision: cooking in its highest expression, quality and seasonality.

We work with different Argentine products, enhancing our work with small producers and organic farms. It is important to know about trazability of the product, knowing how it was treated from the beginning.
With our notion of Argentine culture, always starting from the selection of first quality products and a great respect for our roots and traditions, we invite ourselves to enrich our gastronomy with an intense interculturality.
